Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Union, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Boone County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for the replacement of the windows at the Boone County Lassing Pointe Clubhouse . There is a total of 26 windows. Insulated glass windows are preferred. The building is closed for the season until March 15. The contractor will have access to the building during that time. Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Question submitted Electronically Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such bid may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of bids. The Boone County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
