Renovation of a swimming pool in Waukegan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
The project requires contractors to bid for the 2026 Hinkston Therapy Pool Plastering. Bids must be submitted at the Parks Maintenance Facility, 2211 Ernie Krueger Circle, Waukegan, IL 60087, and should be clearly labeled 2026 Hinkston Therapy Pool Plastering. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting at the Field House Sports, Fitness, & Aquatics Center, 800 Baldwin Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois, is highly recommended. The project's work is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The successful contractor will need to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Waukegan Park District as the certificate holder and additional insured.
