The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for removing the existing roof over the warehouse and canopy and replace with new EPDM roof system at Independence Mental Health Institution, 2277 Iowa Avenue, Independence, Iowa 50644. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on May 25, 2026 and end on October 30, 2026. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
