Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The Bidder shall direct questions or problems with downloading or using the electronic files to the contacts identified on online. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total lump sum bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Certified checks or cashier's checks are to be drawn to the order of the Treasurer of Burlington County. All bidders must be prequalified with the N.J.D.O.T. Work Classification 4 OR 5, with N.J.D.O.T. The prequalification shall be valid at the time bids are opened. Pursuant to P.L. 1977, c.33, the successful bidder shall furnish and deliver a performance bond in the full amount (100%) of the total contract price within ten (10) days of the date of award. The performance bond must be issued to "The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington" by a surety company authorized to transact business in New Jersey.
