Sealed bids are requested for the West Monroe Street Rehabilitation Project (ERI-MR0746-1.62 W Monroe St, PID 118505), which involves furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of the project. The successful bidder must be an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) prequalified contractor at the time of bidding. The project is subject to Davis Bacon prevailing wages, requiring the payment of wages at or above the levels set by the US Department of Labor and HUD4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions. The project receives federal assistance and is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, whereby all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is approved.
