Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
In general, this project will consist of an Open-Air Demolition An Open-Air Variance request as been approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. All HAZMAT shall be disposed of in accordance with State and Federal Laws. Contractor shall conform to the approved Scope of Work and Variance Requirements. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the grand total bid, plus all alternates if applicable, payable to the City of Pueblo as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days from the date of the Notice of Award. Bidders must follow the submittal procedures outlined in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation for Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids, or to accept such bids as it shall deem to be in its best interest.
