The project calls for comprehensive renovations and alterations to three key academic buildings on campus; Hudson Hall, CBI (Center for Business and Industry) and Dutchess Hall. These facilities were prioritized because of their central academic roles and the urgent need to modernize classrooms, laboratories, and student support spaces to meet current educational standards. Renovations will address building code compliance, accessibility, and sustainability, while integrating instructional technologies and reconfigurable layouts to better accommodate collaborative and hybrid learning.The selected Construction Manager shall provide comprehensive services for each phase of the project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration and project closeout where the phases may overlap or run concurrently. Providing sufficient organization, personnel and management to carry out the requirements of the Construction Management duties.
