Renovation of an industrial development in Whitesboro, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the roof replacement of the Town of Whitestown Highway Garage located at 5605 Westmoreland Road in Whitesboro, NY. The project includes a Roofing Construction Contract and associated work for roof replacement. Drawings, specifications, and bid forms may be obtained upon deposit and are available at specified locations. Bidders must provide security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. All bidders must meet conditions of employment requirements and wage rate schedules as specified. Withdrawal of bids is not permitted within forty-five days after the bid opening. Bidders may be disqualified for failure to comply with instructions. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
