Project No: A1133-09 is for the removal of underground storage tanks at Marlboro Camp (Former Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital) in Marlboro, Monmouth County, NJ. Only contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be accepted. Bidders must be classified with DPMC with either UST/Closure and Installation (C113) or UST/Closure (C115) trades. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Bid Express only. Paper bids will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with minority and female percentage goals of 15% and 6.9% per skilled craft, respectively. All bonds for this project have been waived. Bid documents are available exclusively through Bid Express and may also be examined by appointment at the DPMC Plan Room. Bidders must be classified under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after opening. The State may reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable law. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be provided to any bidder unless such interpretation is made in writing to all prospective bidders prior to the opening of bids. Any such interpretations must be identified in bid proposals submitted. Any interpretations which are not entered in accordance with this provision shall be unauthorized and not binding upon the State.
