Boiler Room Door(s): 1.01 To remove the existing door and frame and replace it with 1 pair of 18- gauge hollow metal doors with a 11 3/4 " masonry frame outside looking in right hand door active left hand door to have flush bolts, 1 hold open closer, 1-5' saddle 2 z astragals with strike plate, and to reuse existing knob set and jimmy proof plate. 2.Stage Exit Door(s): 2.01 To remove the existing door and frame and replace with 1-Lefthand 18- gauge hollow metal door with 5 3/4 " masonry frame, 1-lever entry function with Arrow keyway, 1-heavy duty closer, 1-weatherstrip and brush sweep. 3.Gym Exit Door(s): 3.01 To remove the existing door and frame, and to replace with a 6070 or Equivalent18-gauge hollow metal doors outside looking in right hand active,1-surface mounted Panic device with yale keyway, 1-hydraulic hold open door closer,1 weatherstrip kit with brush sweeps,2-z astragals with strike prep. 1-6070 5 3/4 masonry frame installed. 4.Police Exit Door(s): 4.01 To remove and replace 1 right hand 3080 or equivalent custom 18-gauge hollow metal door and 5 3/4 ' masonry frame,1 non hold open-closes, 1 -rim panic device,1 weather strip kit with brush sweep and 1 outside lever function with Corbin or Equivalent keyway. 4.02 Existing keyless entry system to be replaced by others. 5. Fleet Maintenance & Road Division Door(s): 5.01 To remove and replace 6-doors. All doors shall be 8070 or Equivalent 18-gauge hollow metal doors with 8 1/4 ' frames. There is 3-right hand and 3- left hand doors. Each door shall have a hydraulic closer, all installed doors shall have weather strip kits and brush sweeps installed on them.
