Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Ocean Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,295-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashers Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Amount Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000.00. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the Ocean Township Fire District #1. The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Shall Give Satisfactory Performances Guarantees for the Faithful Performances of the Work Required Until Said Contract is Fulfilled. the Board Reserves to Itself the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities and to Award the Contract as May Appear to Be in the Best Interests of Township District Company #1.
