Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pampa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are invited for sidewalk improvements for 1/2 a block in Downtown Pampa, TX. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are available at the Parkhill office, 800 S. Polk, Suite 200, Amarillo, Texas 79101. Documents may be downloaded from Parkhill's Info Exchange website after registering as a plan holder. No cost or deposit is required for this option. A bid bond amounting to 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety must be submitted with each bid. Alternatively, a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Pampa or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. At least the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate must be paid on this project. The successful bidder must ensure nondiscrimination in employment. Compliance with Buy America Build America requirements is mandatory. The City of Pampa reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities. Bids may be held for up to 60 days from the date of bid opening for bid and qualification review. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company authorized to do business in Texas and satisfactory to the Owner.
