Site work for a water / sewer project in Cape May, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Project work consists of dredging and removal of approximately 40,000 cubic yards of material from the berth areas of the Cape May Terminal in Cape May, New Jersey. The berth areas must be dredged to an elevation of -12.0 feet from Mean Low Water, allowing for one foot of payable over-depth to ensure achievement of the required depth. A bid bond/guarantee of 10% is required. Participation is open to all vendors. There is no requirement to attend a prebid meeting.
