The New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of indoor flags and flagpole sets, as well as related individual set replacement items, for statewide courtrooms and offices. This includes: - Lot 1: United States (US) Flags and Flagpole Sets and Individual Replacement Items - Lot 2: New York State (NYS) Flags and Flagpole Sets and Individual Replacement Items The intent is to maintain statewide uniformity of current courtroom flag presentation. Annual estimated quantities during the contract’s initial term are as follows: - Lot 1 - US Indoor Flags & Flagpole Sets: 100 sets per year for three years - Lot 2 - NYS Indoor Flags & Flagpole Sets: 100 sets per year for three years Detailed specifications are outlined in Exhibit B Scope of Work and Exhibit C Photos. All questions must be submitted in writing by email to the designated contact. Contact with any other personnel regarding this solicitation may result in disqualification.
