Site work for a water / sewer project in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work to be performed includes sewer improvements on Riverview Place, Bender Place, Main Street, Nagel Street, Walker Street, Williams Terrace, Greenmount Avenue, Columbia Avenue, Lawton Avenue, and Aurora Avenue. Principal items include: 165 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 180 linear feet of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 700 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE storm pipe, 840 linear feet of 15-inch HDPE storm pipe, 3,855 linear feet of 8-inch sewer liner in place, 475 linear feet of 10-inch sewer liner in place, and 210 feet of 12-inch sewer liner in place. Each bid must use the prescribed forms provided with the contract documents and be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, ownership statement compliance form, Consent of Surety, and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of at least ten percent of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000). The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond for 100 percent of the accepted bid amount and provide required insurance policies or certificates. Bids from corporations not chartered in New Jersey must include certification of authorization to do business in New Jersey, and compliance with relevant New Jersey statutes regarding equal employment opportunity and disclosure of partners or stockholders is required. Each bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled for Regulator 12 Phase 2 Improvements. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
