The proposed project involves roofi ng work at Liberty Elemen tary School (Carpen tersville, IL). All Contractors wishing to bid on this project musthave a Lamp Incorporated Annual Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. Contractor's qualification state ments are due in Lamp Incorporated's office by 5:00 pm on Friday, Decem ber 5, 2025.The qualification statement form is posted on SmartBid and Lamp inc.net. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% ofthe bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of theaward of the contract Payment of Prevail ing Wages is required for thisproject. Revised rates will apply for the dura tion ofthe contract. This Project is Tax Exempt. The Boardof Educa tion of Commu nity Unit School District 300 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
