Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ulster, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Contract TAA 25-19 / D215042 consists of a 2” mill and inlay, safety improvements, and miscellaneous work on I-87 between MP 76.5 and MP 86.6 in Ulster County in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond amounting to 5% of the total bid (on the Authority’s Bid Bond Form TA-44117) or a Bid Deposit in the form of a certified or cashier’s check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $750,000.00. Sealed bids must be delivered to the New York State Thruway Authority Headquarters Building in Albany, NY. Bids delivered to other addresses or received after the stated deadline will not be accepted. Contractors are responsible for their own hard copy plans and proposals. Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Sub-Contracting Goals are each set at 3%; there is no Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal.
