Site work for a water / sewer project in Du Quoin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Du Quoin WWTP Improvements. Any contract awarded will be funded in part through a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, subject to applicable procedures and regulations including the Davis-Bacon Act, Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, Illinois Works Jobs Program Act, and the federal Build America, Buy America Act requirements. The procurement is also subject to the loan recipient's policy regarding the increased use of disadvantaged business enterprises, which requires all bidders to undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen days prior to bid opening. Bidders must comply with President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. Contract documents must be obtained from Horner & Shifrin to be considered qualified to bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
