As of November 19, 2025, an architect has been selected, and the project is currently in the design development phase. The construction documents phase is scheduled to begin in late December 2025. Bidding is anticipated to start in February 2026, with Phase 1 construction expected to commence in November 2026. Phase 2 Construction Phase is pending funds and anticipated to start in 2027. The phased modifications to be made at the Bradford County Courthouse are as follows: Renovate existing vault space to house 10-12 service desk with safety glass. Renovate existing seryice desks to create a new Lobby space with wayfinding & two new ADA compliant toilet rooms, a new work room, and accommodate a relocated Books and Records Room. Relocate a conference room closer to Finance Offices_ Create a new, accessible Clerk's Office.
