Site work for a civil project in Mount Nebo, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Contract #2: The site development and installation of a 122,000-gallon water storage tank, valve vault control panel structure, and other related appurtenances. Contract #3: The proposed project consists of approximately 2,950 LF of 8" PVC water line, 40 LF of 8" road bore with 16" steel casing, two 8" M.JT. gate valve with box and lid, two 6" M.JT. gate valve with box and lid, one 4" compound meter setting with vault, three water mainline tie-ins and all other necessary appurtenances. A two-envelope system will be used for bid submission. Envelope No. 1 must have the bidder's name, address, and the contract being bid on presented on the front and also contain a signed drug-free workplace affidavit, with Envelope No. 2 labeled "Bid Proposal" placed inside Envelope No. 1. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the base bid. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and must hold a West Virginia Contractor's License. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as federal wage rates and affirmative action requirements, must be followed. Bidders must comply with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises requirements, make positive efforts to subcontract to DBEs, and are required not to be listed on the System for Award Management for debarment. Bids received late or from non-attendees of the pre-bid conference will be returned unopened. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Prospective bidders must register and obtain documents through the designated website or issuing office, and official communications will occur only through these channels.
