Site work for a water / sewer project in Versailles, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Germany, Shore Acres, Foraker, Watts Ferry, and Hippe Agee Water Main Extension project, which consists of installing approximately 8,200 linear feet of 3" HDPE water main and all related appurtenances as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the bid form. All bids must be made on the required bid form, fully completed and executed with original signatures and corporate seals, and all bidders must be listed as plan holders by the plan distributor. The project owner reserves the right to waive bidding informalities, reject any or all bids, re-advertise, award the contract at their discretion, and accept any bid deemed responsive and favorable to their interests. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid, payable to the Frankfort Electric & Water Plant Board. The contract will be awarded in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to jthompson@kyengr.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
