Site work and paving for a civil project in Seguin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Jaro North Subdivision Unit 3 Contract includes: 1. Approx. 4,305 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances. 2. Approx. 3,951 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 3. Approx. 10,427 SY of 3-inch asphalt pavement (Local Road). 4. Approx. 2,884 SY of 4-inch asphalt pavement (Collector Road). 5. Approx. 12,643 SY of 12-inch compacted base (Local Road) 6. Approx. 3,414 SY of 15-inch compacted base (Collector Road) 7. Approx. 2,660 LF of varying size storm sewer and drainage improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.
