The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is pursuing Professional Engineering Services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from multi-disciplined consulting engineering firms with a strong record in (1) water and wastewater treatment facilities (2) transmission and conveyance (3) dams, reservoirs and hydroelectric generation facilities (4) structural and geotechnical engineering (5) surveying services and/or (6) water resource planning and permitting. The selected firm(s) will enter into an on-call services contract for a two-year period with a GBRA option to renew for an additional two-year period to assist GBRA with engineering services for unspecified projects as requested by GBRA.
