Reference number: 20105232 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-01 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Description The City of Dorval is seeking bids for the purchase of a new generator, manufactured in 2026, a shelter and inverters, all as specified in the technical specifications accompanying this call for tenders. The successful bidder will not be responsible for installing the generator or the shelter, but will be responsible for delivering them to the work site and putting them into operation. The successful bidder must supply all spare parts required in the technical specifications. Delivery schedule The supplier must indicate in its bid the delivery time for its equipment to Dorval Town Hall after receiving an order from the City of Dorval. The supplier must deliver the equipment no later than 30 September 2026. The supplier of this equipment must indicate in its bid the manufacturing time, including the delivery time for the equipment to the site, after receiving a purchase order and approval of the shop drawings by the Engineer. Six (6) weeks are allowed for the preparation of shop drawings and two (2) weeks for approval. The equipment must be delivered no later than forty-six (46) weeks after approval of the workshop drawings.
