Upgrades and repairs to the Calixa-Lavallée high school building. The scope of work includes exterior and interior upgrades and renovations. Note. The mission of the awarded professional consultant will include two phases: - First, preparatory phase will include studies to clearly define all the required work and the work implementation strategy and - Second phase will include the preparation of plans and specifications and construction work supervision. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from architectural and mechanical and electrical engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20105439. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-02. Award by packages is not planned. Electronic proposal submission is accepted via SEAO, with a document. Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 28. Note. Only professionals included in the 2025-2030 owner's list of qualified service providers are eligible to submit a proposal.
