Demolition of two dilapidated homes located at 1216 and 1220 5th Ave Dilapidated Home Demolition Project All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Demolition of two homes located adjacent to each other with the addresses of 1216 and 1220 5th Ave. Shall include the removal of basement foundation, compacted backfill and site stabilization. Place gravel surface for restoration.
