This project includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to repair (by replacement) the roof at the Scottsbluff Readiness Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The entire existing EPDM roof of approximately 17,000 square feet shall be removed down to the structure deck, including the removal and disposal of all rock and debris. The new roof will consist of a 30-year warranty EPDM roof system for all existing flat roofs, including flashing, parapet repair, and caulking. The project will also include the repair of damaged or failing scuttles, gutters and downspouts, and roof ladders as needed. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, before the specified bid time.
