Site work for a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
To perform walk-through inspections for pipes along the City of Omaha's Missouri River East Bank Levee according to the standards of the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) Inspections. NASSCO Certification is required at the time of bid. The surety company issuing the bid bond should be licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond include a certified check, official bank check, or a cashier's check drawn on a national or state-chartered bank, payable to the City of Omaha, or lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not an acceptable substitute for a bid bond and would be cause for rejection of bid. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded in the Response Attachments section, and the original must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date and time.
