Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
The Metropolitan Utilities District is seeking a professional architectural or engineering firm to provide normal and customary design services for the GP2947 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) West Gate Guard Shack and Truck Turnaround. The scope of work requires the Engineer to generate Design Specifications and Drawings so a single prime contractor can perform the Work. Deliverables must include all necessary architectural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and fire alarm plans and specifications for project bidding and construction. Sealed, priced proposals must include qualifications from consultants qualified to perform the work. Four bound hard copies of the proposal must be submitted.
