Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Licensed contractors are invited to bid for the rehabilitation of the dwelling unit at 6707 Parkview Lane. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the address and job number, by 3:00 P.M. on the specified closing date. The specifications for the project are detailed and available at the Rehab Division of the Planning Department. Bidders must comply with minimum wage requirements set by the U.S. Secretary of Labor. Contractors must also provide proof of comprehensive public liability insurance covering at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, as well as evidence of workman's compensation insurance before work commences. The owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids in whole or in part.
