Location: 2865 Hwy 348, Loris, SC 29569 The Contractor should consider the following information in preparing their quote. The apron must be saw cut, and demolished. All spoils are to be taken off-site to be disposed of properly Full Depth Patching where needed Ensure that all subgrades are compacted The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all field measurements prior to preparing the quote. The buildings will remain open throughout the Performance of the project. The Contractor shall provide controls for access and egress. HCMD will require 48 hours' notice prior to start of work The Contractor shall be responsible for: Obtaining all state, county and municipal permits required to complete the project. Locating existing utilities prior to starting work. Repairing damage to existing utilities; or structures due to construction process including: Buildings Landscaping Sidewalks Curbing Pavement Irrigation, etc. The contractor shall remove all excess material accumulated due to construction, i.e. Excavation Trees Bushes Debris, etc. All work shall be coordinated through HCMD. A one (1) year warranty is required on all material and workmanship in this proposal.
