Renovation of a detention facility in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The intent of the project is to upgrade the Site Exterior Lighting at the Quinte Detention Centre in Napanee, ON. - Contractor to demolish 12 (twelve) existing pole mounted HID fixtures and 23 (twenty three) exterior HID wall packs. - Contractor to install new pole mounted LED fixture and new wall pack LED light as detailed on the drawings. - Contractor to modify existing feeders as required. - Contractor to review DSHMS report provided with tender package (274602-230564 Lighting Renewal DSS rev_FINAL 24Apr2025.pdf). This project involves the removal and replacement of 12 pole lights and 33 wall pack lights within the project area. The electrical feeder will be modified as required to accommodate the new lighting. Only eligible contractors on Colliers' VOR List invited specifically to this solicitation may submit second stage proposals for this project.
