Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Castle Rock, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000404963 Bid Intent Not Available Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the Division of Parks, Trails, and Building Grounds of Douglas County Government, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from prequalified bridge manufacturers for the design, fabrication, and delivery of one (1) steel pedestrian bridge for the Happy Canyon Creek Trail Connection. The bridge will be a clear span, welded corrosion-resisting (weathering) structural steel, truss pedestrian bridge in accordance with the specifications and plans. Design and calculations must be sealed by a Colorado-licensed Professional Engineer to align with Exhibit A. Installation of the bridge will be under a separate contract as part of the larger trail project. Delivery prior to the end of August 2026 is anticipated. Question Deadline 11/26/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Douglas County Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, informalities, or irregularities contained in the said bid and furthermore, to award an agreement/contract for items herein, either in whole or in part, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County to do so. Additionally, the County reserves the right to negotiate optional items and/or services with the successful bidder.
