The City of Panama City Beach invites Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide stormwater engineering services as needed for various City department needs. Interested firms must comply strictly with the directives provided, including submission requirements. Submittals may be made electronically through DemandStar or as sealed paper documents, which must be clearly marked and delivered to the specified address. All paper and electronic submittals will be publicly opened and acknowledged. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, and negotiate terms with the winning firm(s). A satisfactory agreement will be negotiated after ranking and recommendation. Each Statement of Qualification must be valid for ninety days. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing at least ten business days before the opening date, and only responses provided via official addenda are valid. Embedded links within proposals are not permitted, and the City’s Standard Terms and Conditions apply to the bidding process and selection.
