Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot, three-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility; and museum.

The existing Stutsman County Courthouse was built in 1883 and is a masonry three-story building with a balcony and clock tower. The lower level, main floor, and second floor are approximately 4,500 sf each floor. The courthouse building current serves as a museum and historical interpretive site for the State Historical Society of North Dakota. This project includes, but is not limited to the following upgrades: 1. Installation of new HVAC system with associated electrical work, includes demolition of some existing mechanical, electrical, and cutting openings in existing masonry for new ductwork. Includes misc. improvements by general contractor. 2. Interior improvements at balcony and clocktower. 3. Lower Level window rehab and new windows. 4. Removal and replacement of cedar shingle roofing and metal trim.
