In general, the project includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits and supervision required for the Liberal Arts and Humanities Buildings ADA Entrance Compliance Project at the Brockton Campus located at One Massasoit Blvd., Brockton, MA. New work shall include but not be limited to demolition of existing overhang between the Liberal Arts and Humanities Buildings, concrete removal, tree removal, stair removal, new handicap ramps/railings and new landscaping.
