Renovation of a multi-residential development in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Minority Participation Provision - participation goal shall not be less than 10%. Deadline for bidder questions, due in writing to Gail Trachtenberg at gtrachtenberg@mm-t.com by 10:00 AM on Friday January 2, 2026. Remove and replace existing boilers and venting with new equipment. The boiler work includes modifications to the soffits and miscellaneous electrical work required to complete the scope of work. Bids are to be prepared and submitted electronically. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) in the category of Prime/HVAC and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement. Each general bidder must submit a completed HUD 5369-A Representations, Certifications and other Statements of Bidders and a completed HUD 2530 Previous Participation Schedule. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of at least five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, made payable to the Brockton Housing Authority. Filed sub-bidders for Plumbing and Electrical trades must be DCAMM certified in the respective categories and submit a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. Bid forms and contract documents are available online. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders attend the scheduled pre-bid conference and job site inspection.
