The Brockton Area Transit Authority (Bat) is Seeking Bids for the Removal and Replacement of Existing Forced Air Heating in the Main- Tenance Bays at Its Maintenance and Operations Facility (Mof). Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and All Equal Employment Op- Portunity Requirements. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe) And Women Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full Opportunity To Submit Proposals in Response to the Request. Proposals Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Expression, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, National Origin, Disability, Veteran's Status (Includ- ING Vietnam-era Veterans), or Background.
