VBE/SDVOBE 3% The Project consists of but not limited to: Window and Exterior Door Replacements at the Milton Bradley Elementary School in Springfield, MA. This project is being undertaken as part of the MSBA Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) and is scheduled for construction in Summer 2026. In addition to Division 8 Openings (Windows & Doors) scope, this project also includes Electrical scope as required to furnish equipment and prepare door openings for card readers/security endpoints. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 12/10/2025 at 12:00PM EST for filed sub-bids and by 12/29/2025 at 2:00PM EST for general bids.
