The Village of Biscayne Park is soliciting sealed SOQs from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in demolition and site clearance services. The goal of this RFQ is to establish a prequalified pool of contractors available to perform demolition work on an as-needed basis throughout the Village. Work may include full or partial structure demolition, concrete and slab removal, tree and vegetation clearing, hauling and lawful disposal of debris, site grading, and environmental remediation such as asbestos or lead-based paint abatement in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations All questions regarding this RFQ must be directed in writing to the Procurement Contact identified herein. Submission Requirements: Each Respondent shall submit one (1) original hard copy, two (2) duplicate hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive in PDF format. Statements of Qualifications must be sealed and clearly marked: "RFQ No. 2025-002 - Pre-Qualified Contractor List for Demolition Services Villagewide." The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, with or without cause, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to accept the submittals that best serves the interests of the Village.
