The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified civil and/or traffic engineering firms or individuals to provide professional services for the preparation of civil and traffic engineering design plans for the Van Buren Blvd Buffered Bike Lanes Project, extending from Wood Road to Orange Terrace Parkway. The selected company must demonstrate extensive experience in developing traffic engineering and design plans of similar scale and complexity. Only one firm is anticipated to be awarded the contract for these services. All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions must be submitted via the Citys Electronic Bidding System (PlanetBids Vendor Portal). Proposals must be submitted electronically through this portal and must be received before the due date and time; hard copy proposals will be rejected. Any proposer not listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website will not have their proposal considered. Any verbal communications will not be considered or responded to.
