Quotes received after this time will be rejected. Each proposal response shall include an enclosed completed Quote Form as well as enclosed Forms 1 (Certificate of Non-Collusion), 2 (Certification as to compliance with Tax Laws), 3 (Corporate Resolution). Proposers may correct, modify or withdraw proposals, in writing only, not less than 48 hours prior to the submittal deadline. The Town of Sutton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the quotes received, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the town.
