The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to demolish, remove, and dispose of the structure and debris from the property in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. This includes the removal of the building structure, all applicable concrete, foundations, basements, associated plumbing, piping, mechanical and electrical components, surrounding deck and concrete slabs, abandoned utilities, garages or sheds, and backfilling, with proper compaction of the structure footprint. Driveway aprons and public sidewalks shall be protected and remain undisturbed. The contractor must obtain all required permits, ensure proper utility disconnections, develop and implement erosion control measures, and restore the site.
