Site work for a transportation facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The Niagara Transit Commission is seeking a qualified contractor to provide cleaning and maintenance services for transit bus stop shelters. The scope includes all necessary labour, materials, equipment, transportation, and related services for a one-year term, with the option to extend for an additional term of up to two additional one-year terms. Scope exclusions: This contract does not include cleaning or maintenance of advertising benches located outside of shelters, snow removal, grass cutting around bus landing pads, or installation or relocation of bus stop shelters.
