Renovation of an industrial development in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Walker County is accepting sealed bids to disconnect, remove and transfer an existing Kohler diesel generator, along with its annunciator panel and all appurtenances, from a current Walker County building location, and install it at another Walker County building location. This project will include the disconnect, removal and transfer of an existing Kohler Diesel generator along with its annunciator panel, and all appurtenances from a Walker County Location 1, and install it at Walker County Location 2. At Location 2 Project shall also include, but not be limited to installation of the Kohler Diesel generator installation of a raised steel or aluminum platform, an appropriately sized transfer switch, installation of fencing with a locking gate, as well as any and all materials, supplies, labor, and all other costs associated with the removal, transfer and installation of the Kohler Diesel generator to and from both Walker County location sites.
