N.B. Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Improvements, SBR Pre-Selection. Class/Item Codes include: Recycled Water Supply, Groundwater and Sewage Treatment Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies; Waste Water Reclamation Systems, including Parts and Accessories; Valve Operators, including Parts and Accessories and Tools; Sewer Lift Stations, including Parts and Accessories. The N.B. Davidson WWTP is located at 1860 Camellia Dr, Huntsville, TX 77340. The WWTP is currently permitted for an annual average daily flow (AADF) of 1.6 million gallons per day (MGD) and a peak 2-hour flow (P2HF) of 4.0 MGD. The WWTP was originally constructed in 1971 and is fed by the Elkins Lake Dam LS. This proposed expansion will maintain the ADF of 1.6 MGD while expanding the P2HF to 6.5 MGD (4,514 gpm). This solicitation is to provide the SBR equipment for this project. All materials and equipment necessary to install the specified sequencing batch reactor (SBR) that includes the following; Flow control equipment, Preprogrammed process controller, Aeration equipment, Pumps, Blowers, Decanters, SBR basin piping, Valves and operators and Associated appurtenances. And other improvementsincidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Estimated cost of the project isin the $ 2,550,000 range. Bid packets must be delivered to Attention of City Secretary, City of Huntsville, 448 State Highway 75 North, Huntsville, TX 77320. Responders must include one (1) certified copy of bid sheet (s), Part I thru III.
