Town of Milford, Indiana is now soliciting bids for Disposable Solid Waste Service for a five (5) year period beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 203 The services shall include the provision of a 96-gallon tote and the weekly pickup and disposal of all solid waste from Town facilities (including but not limited to the Community Building, Shop, Wastewater Treatment Plant (excluding solid waste disposal) and Town Park (seasonally) and from residential units within the Town (approximately 579-629 residential units), beginning the week of January 1, 2026, and subject to pick up adjustments as necessary by reason of force-majeure or traditional holidays. Bids shall be submitted on an annual and monthly basis but with the understanding that the Town will be making its payments on The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
