This project contains temporary erosion control, maintenance of traffic details, construction of a 5' wide concrete sidewalk with handrail and a 4' depth concrete ditch in the City of Madison, St. Francis County, Arkansas. The project includes two separate contracts: Main and Option. The contractor is expected to submit a bid for each contract but may only be awarded the Main contract based on the bid received and available funding. Main contract limits are between north of Courtney Cir and 5th Street. Option contract limits are between Hadley Dr and Courtney Cir. The time of completion for the Main contract is 75 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. The overall time of completion for the Main and Option contracts is 90 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
