Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Playground Expansion: New playground proposal must include labor, materials, shipping/freight, and installation for the following: o ATSM compliant play structure for use by children 5 to 12 years old including: o 4 slides o 2 overhead climbers o 1 activity pannel o Two inground mounted musical themed play areas with a variety of percussion instruments, preferably: o 5-piece outdoor Conga-style drum set o 3-piece outdoor pitched percussion instrument(s) (chime, marimba, xylophone, etc.) Landscaping for the new playground area must be large enough to add the above structures and include labor, materials, shipping/freight, and installation for the following: o Removal of topsoil o Dispose of debris o Perimeter turf timbers o One ADA half-ramp *(see example image) o Weed barrier o Mulch to a thickness to meet all fall zone spacing and safety regulations for a maximum fall height of 8'. o Depth (north-south) to match existing mulched area (62 feet). o Width (east-west) determined by needs of new equipment you will install. o Existing timber boundary on east may be reutilized for new expansion. Additions to existing playground must include labor, materials, shipping/freight, and installation for 3 swing wear mats for existing swing set Sidewalk Installation: Labor and Material for new 5' wide ADA accessible concrete sidewalk around park shelter and to access the playground. (exact location to be determined by Village Remove topsoil and dispose of debris; install 200 LF of 5' wide x 4" deep concrete area in manner similar to depiction on previous page. O.R.C. 5919.042
