Reference Number 0000307468 Question Acceptance Deadline Nov 27, 2025 02:00 PM EST Frame and install vapor barrier and insulation on approx. 500 sq feet of ceiling space. Install drywall, mud, sand and paint ceiling. (Space under loading dock). All wood framing has to be removed and replaced with steel framing. All combustible substances to be removed from space. Perimeter walls need to have framing insulation vapor barrier from the ceiling down to a point below the frost line. Investigate the pipe/duct in the corner. secured area required for cleaning supplies and other materials. Electrical supply needs to meet minimum code requirements. Holes and opening between the two rooms need to be fireproofed. Pipes on floor need to be removed or grinded. Epoxy flooring finish.
